OT Rehab Solutions provides independent medico-legal occupational therapy assessments for adults involved in personal injury, medical negligence, Compulsory Third Party (CTP), WorkCover and public liability claims.

With over 16 years of medico-legal experience and more than 23 years of clinical occupational therapy experience, our assessments draw on an extensive background across diverse clinical and rehabilitation settings. Assessments are conducted by SIRA-accredited occupational therapists and examine how injury, illness or disability affects an individual’s functional capacity and independence across all areas of daily life. Our expertise also includes participation in expert conclaves and providing evidence in court.
