Katrina Curtain is the Principal Occupational Therapist and Owner of OT Rehab Solutions, providing community-based rehabilitation services across Sydney and independent medico-legal assessments and reporting Australia-wide.
With over 23 years of experience in occupational therapy, including 16 years of medico-legal expertise, Katrina brings a wealth of clinical knowledge and experience in functional assessment, rehabilitation, conclaves and providing expert evidence in court.

- With over 16 years of medico-legal experience and more than 23 years of clinical occupational therapy experience, our assessments draw on an extensive background across diverse clinical and rehabilitation settings. Assessments are conducted by SIRA-accredited occupational therapists and examine how injury, illness or disability affects an individual's functional capacity and independence across all areas of daily life.
- This includes personal care, domestic activities, transportation and community access, social and leisure participation, and vocational functioning where requested.
- OT Rehab Solutions provides thorough assessments and comprehensive reports, prepared with meticulous attention to detail. Reports address past, current and future care needs and may include detailed future care costings tables, along with recommendations regarding equipment, home modifications and ongoing services where required.
- Each report is tailored to the specific referral requirements and draws on current evidence to provide clear, objective findings and recommendations. Reports are provided in a timely manner, with timeframes discussed at the time of referral.
- Home visit assessments are available Australia-wide, with telehealth assessments offered where appropriate to the referral requirements and individual circumstances.
